Can load capacity and working radius be adjusted?

Minor adjustment is allowed within safety design limits. Load test will be performed after modification to meet local safety standards.

What trade terms do you accept? Can you arrange sea freight?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and other terms. We can assist with container shipping or breakbulk ro-ro shipment.

Can we customize working height, power and configurations?

Customization is available for working height, diesel/electric power, insulated bucket, hydraulic outriggers, control panels and other optional accessories.

What is the warranty? How about spare parts supply?

1-year warranty for the whole vehicle, key hydraulic parts and chassis follow manufacturer standard warranty. Original spare parts are available with courier or sea shipment.

What is your production lead time?

7–15 days for standard models in stock. 20–35 days for customized vehicles. The exact schedule will be confirmed in contract.

What certifications are required for export?

Certificates including CE, EAC, UKCA, SASO can be provided according to target markets. Standard documents: factory test report, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list for customs clearance.
